i simply cant comprehend why my weight became 45Kg,
maybe only for ytd?

when i was at 45.4kg, i was asking the girls is it possible to hit 44kg?
应该不可能吧。
而且好像有点怕人。
with Height of 161cm, 48.5KG is already underweight i think
and 44kg?
is super underweight
but now.. .. ..
makes me wonder will it hit 43kg one day -.-
BUT HEY PEOPLE GET THIS CLEAR
i am NOT dieting!
jaslyn only will say she wants to diet
but when did u all see her really dieting?
how can she resist food?
Especially
chocolates,
fried food,
bread,
pizza,
cookies
The reason for her weight dropping is probably because
1. she increased the intensity of her running period
2. she tries her best not to eat after 7pm
3. she walks a lot

- 21 years old and above
